How to Fill the Survey

The first thing you need to keep you mind when you see the online survey form and get ready to start filling it is that all fields with a red asterisk - * - next to them are mandatory.

Since the three first fields - Event, Wine Taster, and Wine ID will be already pre-filled with the information provided by the event organizer, you will not need to bother with them. This means you can start answering the survey questions right away.

The survey allows you to evaluate the wine you have just tasted according to three sets of assessment factors: Sight, Flavour, and Taste. Each of these include more specific aspects. Moreover, while all the 10 evaluation criteria have the same qualitative scale - ranging from Weak to Very Good/Excellent -, each of them have a different weighting. The final grade of a wine varies between 50 and 100 points. An additional evaluation criteria under analysis is the price-quality ratio of each wine. To answer each question of the survey, you just need to click on a radio button to select the option he/she agrees with the most.
