How it WorksThis solution and connected dashboard allow the users to have easy access to the details about the company equipment and their details, such as the brand (Marca) and the company providing the monthly checkups (Fornecedor). Through the use of a Kibana dashboard as well as totals and a calendar, it is possible to see the dates of check-ups (Intervenções) as well as the type and location of all equipment.

Imagine a business that has a variety of different types of equipment all in use that require regular maintenance. In order to manage this equipment and their respective check ups, along with additional data for each equipment, this solution was created.

The records in this solution are of a few different types, namely the different types of equipment themselves Equipamentos, the registered check-ups for the equipment, Intervenções, and the companies that will be providing these check ups, Fornecedores.

The dashboard of the solution consists of 4 different parts, a Filter for narrowing down the results in different parts, a Totals board for showing the total number of the previously listed types of records, a Calendar so that the users can easily see the dates of registered check-ups and check their details, along with a Kibana that provides a variety of info about all the equipment belonging to the company. Using this final component you can check the location, company that will performing the check ups, the brand of the equipment, and the type.

The calendar can show a list of all check-ups, as well as a weekly and montly view. This is useful for keeping track of the different check-ups that could be taking place on all the different types of equipment.

With all these components working together, we end up with a very powerful solution that will greatly facilitate the management of these Equipamentos for the company, allowing them to easily keep track of each ones location, type, brand, when the last check-up was, and when the next check-up is scheduled for. With the creation of this dashboard along with the properly thought-out definitions, this solution now provides a lot of value to this company, and the same thing can be done for a large variety of situations.
