Managing Requests

A request is a device interaction - occurring, for instance, when the user collects configuration or executes a set of commands - performed by the CoB platform on a set of selected devices. The requests can be managed by selecting the Jobs tab on the top navigation bar.

Listing requests

To list the requests previously made, click on the Jobs tab on the top navigation bar.

A list of all requests will be displayed in a time-based order - from the most recent to the oldest. Each row will include several information items about the request: id, type [of request], username of its creator, starting time, duration, number of errors and the name of the commands given. On the right corner of each row you will also find a DETAIL link to a page with detailed information about that particular interaction.
