Request Details

To get more detailed information about a request, click on the Details link in the rightmost cell of the row referring to that specific request.

The request details page displays generic information about the request such as its type, username of its creator, starting date, duration, number of devices affected, the status of each device, number of errors reported, etc.

In case a device interaction fails, an Error status will be displayed along with a detailed error message.

Alternatively, if a device interaction succeeds, an OK status will be displayed along with the output of the commands executed on the device. Do note that, in the case of requests for collecting configuration information, the output of the commands will only be displayed if the application notices any changes in a device configuration. Otherwise the message No new files were gathered is going to be displayed.
